REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

 

We have a 07 day return & refund policy, which means you have 07 days after receiving your item to request a refund. But you have to complaint it in 24 hours after receiving the order to solve your issue on priority basis.

To be eligible for a return & refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at care@neilguy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you want to return the parcel then send back this parcel to our address (our address is mention shipment label) and send a courier copy to us by mail, after receiving the parcel we will transfer the amount to you in google pay or Paytm and Bank NEFT.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. If your refund not approved then we will discuss for the possible ways to reissue the product to you by contacting you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

Item Received In Damaged Condition/ Manufacturing Defect / Wrong Product Delivered. If You Have Received Damaged Product or Wrong Item Please Mail us on care@neilguy.com With Your Order Number and Received Product Picture within 24 Hours. If You Have Any Problem In Product You Have To Register A Complain Within 24 Hours.

We Will Try and Replace the Product As Soon As Possible Otherwise Your Amount Will Be Refund in Your Account within 7 Days.

*If you want to return then you have to do courier at our address mention on parcel. You need to provide return parcel details through call or WhatsApp. When we get your parcel we will contact you and refund by PayTm, Google Pay Or Bank Transfer. Refund amount will not given in cash.

Each Product Is Quality Checked Verified and Then Shipped To Customer, But Due to Manual Errors Can Happen and Hence We Refund Your Amount As Discuss With Company

* Due To Following Factors Refund & Replacement Are Not Acceptable: –

Color Change: If In Color There Is Miner Difference That Is Not Accepted

For Demo: If You Click Red Color Product Picture In Your Phone Or Camera That Is Shown Like Dark Red Or Maroon Type.

So Kindly Inform You That In That Case Your Product Is Not Acceptable. – Color Accepted For Refund Like You Have Place Pink And Received Black So That Is Accepted.

PRODUCT RETURN AND REPLACEMENT NOT ACCEPT UNDER FOLLOWING RULES:-

  • Product is washed/damaged/worn
  • Part of missing delivered full product 
  • Products must be in their original condition
  • Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items
  • If, according to your opinion you don’t like the product, this return reason is not acceptable
  • Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website
  • In case of damaged from your side, this product is non-refundable

 

* Size Issue: - If Available Size Then You Wants Different Size Then Tell At The Confirmation Call Time. If One Time Your Order Shipped Then No Change Or No Replace For Size Issue.

* Stitched Issue: – If We Send Unstitched Product or Semi- Stitched Product And Stitched By Customer That Is Not Accept For Refund or Replacement.

*Washed Product: - If Any Product Washed By Customer Then In That Case Product Not Accept For Refund Or Replacement.

* Cancellation System

– If You Want To Cancel The Order Then Send Mail or Contact Us Within 24 Hours After Placed Order By You.

– If You Want To Cancel Order And Not Able To Send Mail Then Our Confirmation Team Call You For Order Confirmation At That Time Tell Them For Order Cancel. So We Will Cancel Your Order From Here.

 – If You Want To Change Your Shipping Address You Have To Send Mail Within 24 Hours Otherwise After Shipped The Parcel Address Can Not Be Changed.
